Start by taking your skin assessment, then head to our subscription page to purchase the full set on subscription. You can select the frequency you’d like to receive your set (every 30 or 60 or 90 days.) We’ll deliver your personalised skincare set to your door every month, or every two months, depending on your subscription plan––your credit card will be charged accordingly with each reorder.
You can manage your subscription by logging into your account and editing the fields necessary (frequency, payment details and shipping address.)

Yes. Simply log-in to your account > billing information > card on file. From there, you can change your payment method or update your payment details.
You can check pending payments in your account > manage subscriptions > next charge date. You can also see your detailed delivery schedule under ‘manage subscriptions’.
We don’t retain your sensitive credit card data. This information is stored and safeguarded by Stripe (a trusted payments system used by global leaders like Airbnb, Warby Parker, and Booking.com).
We currently ship to the United States, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Indonesia, the UK and Canada. As of now, we only ship directly to postal addresses.
