  • I completed the skin assessment, but I want to change my answers.

    That's not a problem! Feel free to take another skin assessment. The more precise your answers are, the better we can formulate your personalised products. We use the most recent assessment results for your formulation, so don’t worry!
  • Can I skip uploading a selfie?

    Uploading a selfie is optional, but we strongly recommend you do it (pretty please). Your photo helps our skin experts to do a precision analysis of what your skin really needs. If for some reason, you can’t upload the selfie while you’re taking the test, send it to us on experts@getyours.co

  • What products do you make?

    We offer a personalised skincare regimen which includes a day cream, a night cream, a facial serum, and an eye serum- all formulated to suit your skin type, skin concerns, lifestyle and environment.

  • Can I use other products with Yours?

    Sure, you can continue using your cleanser, toner, exfoliator with your personalised moisturisers and serum, just be sure to look out for ingredients on the labels.
    Be picky about what you choose for your skin, its gonna represent you for a long time.
  • Are Yours products Paraben-free?

    Two words- clean beauty!
    Yours products are Paraben free as well as SLS and BHS free!

  • Are Yours products cruelty free?

    For sure. Animals are the cutest. We can’t bear to harm them!
  • Which payment methods do you use?

    You mean other than hugs? We accept all major Credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Amex as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay!
  • How do you secure my financial information?

    All your information is encrypted. Credit card and debit card payments on our website are processed through Stripe which is a secure and trusted payment gateway used by leading e-commerce platforms like Airbnb, Warby Parker, etc. You don’t have to worry about anything anymore, including acne and wrinkles!
  • What is the shipping time?

    The shipping time depends on your country. It will take anything from 1 to 2 weeks for your box of goodness to reach you. But no matter where you live - it’ll be worth the wait :)
  • I provided a wrong address, how do I change it?

    support@getyours.co is your knight in shining armour.
    Just write to us, if we haven’t shipped your order already, we’ll take care of it!
  • What if the products don’t suit me?

    We are confident about our products, so much so that we will offer you free re-formulation on your first order, yes that’s how much we care about you!
    Just write in to us at support@getyours.co and we will put you in touch with our skin experts to help understand your skin needs better.
  • How do I return/replace a product?

    Even though we’re sure you wouldn’t want to return Yours personalised skincare, but just in case you do, we’re happy to help. Feel free to write to us at support@getyours.co and ship back the products within 7 days of receiving it. Our skin experts will address your concerns and reformulate the set for you for free!

  • I received a damaged/wrong product.

    Uh oh! We wish they had a fragile option for packages shipped internationally :( We know you must have been excited to open your box of goodness!
    Please write to us and send us a few photos of your package at support@getyours.co. We will arrange for a replacement ASAP.
